Teaching Math with Scratch coding will give you step-by-step instructions on how to build a program in Scratch that combines data analysis with coding concepts and skills in a fun and engaging way.   • This course was made and designed using Scratch 1.4. Scratch 1.4 is an offline version of Scratch available for downloading at the official Scratch MIT website. Scratch 1.4 has a unique feature not available in the latest version (Scratch 3.0 online version). The information and content provided here is still relevant and applies to the current version of Scratch 3.0.

  • Scratch was designed by the MIT Media Lab's Lifelong Kindergarten Group 8 to 16 years old, Scratch is a open source coding based program that can run your on your browser or desktop. Users of Scratch are from all ages, this also include teachers, parents and their kids. The software is beginner friendly and easy for anyone to get their hands into coding and  begin to develop their solve-problem skill and abilities.
